Mirror Reflection Stage

Recently I finished my Vj-Academy course and finished with a practical exam where I had to showcase all my skills. I decided to go against the stuff that I learned and used two mirrors, a glass vase, a sticker, aluminium foil and of course a beamer to achieve my goals.

The idea is to create a concept mini stage based of reflective materials to achieve the following;
- Two mirrors give more depth to the stage like large mirrors do in a room.
- Both mirrors give the additional option to enjoy the stage from multiple angles, more then traditional stages.
- The vase or "totem" can be projected 360 degrees around by the use of only one beamer.
- With the use of aluminium foil I was able to reflect large amount of the light back into the room creating a caustic effect on the walls. This created an ambient that enhanced the overal feeling of the show itself.

The content is based upon the jungle. The jungle reflects back on the caustics that create chaos but beauty at the same time and the same counts for the aluminium foil. This journey brought me many surprises along the way and my next goal is to create a bigger version of this, one that can potentially fit inside a club? maybe a festival?
